Shelter of Care

Shelter of Care is a Christian foundation, established by a young Romanian couple, Sorin and Genuta Erhan, together with Elaine Matthes from the United States. Based in the city of Iasi, north-eastern Romania, Shelter of Care provides support to young people who have spent their childhoods in orphanages or foster homes, enabling them to make the transition to independent living.
