The Care Management Group was set up as a sub-group of the Diaconate, to over see the community activities of the church.

Inform people of what activities are going on who might be interested to take advantage of the superb services on offer !
Offer your services to help out in any of these areas if you feel the Lord would ask you to.
Encourage and support those involved in current projects.
